per person is due on registration to reserve your resort accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If The Travel Concern
is able to resell your space, no room penalty will incur. The passenger
contract in use by the airlines and car rental agency concerned, when issued,
shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines/car rental agency
and the passenger.
THE TRAVEL CONCERN assumes no responsibility for injury, loss or damage
to person or property, or additional expenses due to acts of God, sickness,
weather, strike, detention, riot, war, quarantine, thefts, civil disturbances
or government regulations or restrictions. We are not responsible
for any accidents, delays, missed connections mechanical failures, inconveniences,
expenses, or mishaps of any kind whatsoever resulting entirely, or in part
from the negligence of others or from causes beyond our control.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions in the
itinerary where deemed necessary. We will act as an agent for you
in attempting to provide the means of transportation and other services
as described. No refunds can be made for unused hotel rooms, air
arrangements or other services provided. The airlines concerned are not
to be held responsible for any acts, omissions or events during the time
passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances.
